No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

• clear photos showing the condition of the items received.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

All products must be refrigerated immediately after receipt.
Failure to properly store the product may affect quality and void any potential claim.
Refund Decisions
All claims are reviewed case-by-case at the sole discretion of King Roe.
Approval of any refund, replacement, or store credit is not guaranteed.

Customers agree to contact King Roe directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
